This course is designed as an overview of how anxiety and stress can affect our lives and what we can do about it. Integrating various theoretical approaches and research, we will examine the factors that contribute to anxiety and the available psychological interventions. There will be a focus on practical prevention and recovery strategies and developing resilience. Perspectives on emotional well-being will also be integrated into the course with the idea that managing anxiety is part of our well-being journey.
