Stressed Out? Finding Balance in Your Life
Do you feel that your life is not balanced? In this course, we will explore the different domains in your life and identify areas of imbalance. Identification of the symptoms of stress, as well as its typical causes, will be explored. We will look at coping strategies for handling stress when it arises and find ways to help you reduce it in your life. Each class will include an opportunity for discussion.
