Have you ever been curious about martial arts? This is your chance. Come and learn all of the basic techniques: kicks, strikes, blocks and even some jiu jitsu in a dynamic, dojo-esque environment. We will begin and end each class with a traditional mini-meditation and then progress to a traditional martial arts warm up and then move on to the basics of Karate. Each technique will be taught so that participants can execute them accurately and powerfully. This is a great workout, but is unique to martial arts. Participants will benefit from increased strength and overall fitness. Try it out and discover just how powerful you can be!
