Monday 10:00 - 11:00 a.m. Outside -- Meet on the north side of the building This class is for those who have some running experience already and are looking to keep running through the winter months.  We will do regular runs and occasional weeks of light drills such as hill workouts. Participants should be able to run at least 4 km to take part in this class.
