Cooking: Healthy Cooking on a Budget
In this hands-on cooking class, participants will learn how to use wholesome ingredients to create healthy, economical and flavourful recipes that they will be able to enjoy with their families. Local and international flavours will be featured using whole grains, beans and legumes with a nice mix of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. Everything cooked during the class will be enjoyed together at the end of each class. A course fee of $30 for supplies per participant is payable to the instructor at the first class.
