Cooking: Sensational Salads and Sprouts

In this 5-week hands-on course, we will create a fusion of simple yet beautiful salads. It will be just like spring flaunting its lovely colours right on our plates! Flavourful creations will include Asian and Mediterranean influences that can turn a salad into a power meal bursting with flavour. We will also create sprouted salads brimming with seeds of life — and a wholesome crunch! Participants are requested to bring a 1-litre size mason jar for the first class and are asked to pay the instructor a $15 consumable fee at the same time.
