Kripalu-Inspired Hatha Yoga

In the Kripalu tradition, this Hatha yoga course is suitable for all levels. Exercise your body and mind as you welcome sensation, connect with breath and discover strength already within you. This is a mixed-level class, so by learning to listen and honour your own body, you may practice safely at any level. Detailed instruction is provided so that you will feel safe, looked after and

confident. Mindfulness, compassion and patience are encouraged throughout seated centering, warm-ups, standing sequences and guided meditations.

Important information:

  • There is no class on Nov. 8. The last class is on Dec. 6. This is an 11-week course.
