Pendant que les enfants sont entre bonnes mains, leurs m\u00e8res peuvent participer \u00e0 nos activit\u00e9s, prendre du temps pour elles, cr\u00e9er des liens et avoir acc\u00e8s aux ressources dont elles ont besoin.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Description du poste<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Principales responsabilit\u00e9s<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Offrir aux enfants un environnement s\u00e9curitaire, accueillant et inclusif.<\/li>\n<li>Superviser les enfants et les accompagner dans des jeux, des bricolages et des activit\u00e9s adapt\u00e9s \u00e0 leur \u00e2ge.<\/li>\n<li>Participer \u00e0 l\u2019installation et au rangement de l\u2019espace de garde.<\/li>\n<li>Respecter les proc\u00e9dures du Centre relatives au service de garde, \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 et \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>Communiquer de fa\u00e7on respectueuse avec les parents, les personnes responsables des enfants, le personnel et les autres \u00e9ducatrices.<\/li>\n<li>R\u00e9pondre avec calme et de fa\u00e7on appropri\u00e9e aux besoins individuels des enfants.<\/li>\n<li>Pr\u00eater main-forte aux autres programmes et activit\u00e9s pour enfants du Centre, au besoin.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications et comp\u00e9tences recherch\u00e9es<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Formation en \u00e9ducation \u00e0 la petite enfance ou exp\u00e9rience aupr\u00e8s des enfants dans un service de garde, un camp, un programme de loisirs, une \u00e9cole ou un milieu similaire.<\/li>\n<li>Approche chaleureuse, patiente et responsable.<\/li>\n<li>Bonnes aptitudes pour la communication et le travail d\u2019\u00e9quipe.<\/li>\n<li>Capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 superviser plusieurs enfants dans un environnement de groupe dynamique.<\/li>\n<li>Capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 prendre soin de b\u00e9b\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<li>Fiabilit\u00e9 et ponctualit\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>Certification valide en premiers soins et RCR, un atout.<\/li>\n<li>Capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 communiquer en anglais requise; le fran\u00e7ais est un atout.<\/li>\n<li>Les personnes retenues devront se soumettre \u00e0 une v\u00e9rification des ant\u00e9c\u00e9dents.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>D\u00e9tails du poste<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Temps partiel, environ <strong>3 \u00e0 7 heures par semaine<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Principalement les apr\u00e8s-midis et les samedis matin.<\/li>\n<li>Des quarts de travail suppl\u00e9mentaires pourraient \u00eatre offerts selon les besoins des programmes.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Deux lieux de travail :<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Centre des femmes West Island, 11, avenue Rodney, Pointe-Claire<\/li>\n<li>Centre communautaire Gerry-Robertson, 9665, boul. Gouin Ouest, Pierrefonds (Qu\u00e9bec) H8Y 1R4<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Salaire : 17,50 $ \u00e0 19,50 $ l\u2019heure<\/strong>, selon les qualifications et l\u2019exp\u00e9rience.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Date d\u2019entr\u00e9e en fonction pr\u00e9vue : 7 septembre 2026.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u00c0 propos du CFWI<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Le Centre des femmes West Island est un organisme communautaire \u00e0 but non lucratif d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 soutenir, informer et valoriser les femmes.
