Free Yourself from Guilt
Thursday 1:00 – 3:00 p.m.
Guilt can be a useful emotion that keeps us on track with our values, or it can hold us hostage. In this 7-week workshop, we will learn ways to identify when something is our responsibility and/or how to protect our personal emotional boundaries. We will also explore techniques on how to let go of this difficult emotion. We will learn how to say “No” so that relationships are strengthened, not weakened. This is a skill that will help us navigate relationships at home, at work and everywhere that people might be wanting more from us than we should be giving
