Meditative Well Being
Friday 1:00 – 2:00 p.m.
Meditation can offer physical, emotional, energy, and spiritual benefits. Combining sharing, theory and practice, participants in this course will take a meditative journey to well being. Learn about different breathing exercises, establish routines to ensure easier meditation practices and adapt different meditative techniques based on how you feel. Take an hour for yourself. Participants are asked to wear comfortable clothing and are encouraged to bring a small blanket to class.
