Mom and Baby Fitness (Moms and babies 6 weeks – 9 months)
Monday 10:50 – 11:50 a.m.
Join us for a fun-filled workout for mom and baby! We will have songs and rhymes for baby, tummy time and parachute play too. Moms will get to build up their aerobic endurance and muscular strength using baby in a carrier or in their arms. We will also be enjoying some Pilates on the mat for abdominal strength and toning! Yoga mats are recommended. Note: Strollers are not permitted in the class.
