Join a class that will strengthen your core, improve your posture, and give you greater balance and flexibility. If longer, leaner muscles are what you are looking for, this course is for you! Pilates is based on a series of exercises developed by Joseph Pilates that work all the major muscle groups using your own body weight as resistance. Yoga mats are recommended. This class is suitable for all fitness levels.
