food nutritionInflammation is the root of the diseases linked to ageing — everything from wrinkles to autoimmune diseases (like rheumatoid arthritis), and just about everything in between. The good news is there is a “dietary pattern” that we can adopt that will slow it down and help us stay healthier for longer. Join dietitian Kim Arrey and find out how inflammation is affecting your body and what you can do to reduce it. Topics will include the definition of inflammation and its causes; how inflammation affects the body; lifestyle choices and how they affect inflammation; and how to change inflammation levels by looking at how and what you eat. You will leave this class knowing what changes you can immediately make that will start you on the road to a more youthful, healthier self.

Please Note: The first class will take place on January 22nd. This is a 9-week course.

Instructor: Kim Arrey, RD Dietitian/Nutritionist, member of the Order of Dietitians of Quebec, Dietitians of Canada, and the American Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics
