Menopause is more than a milestone. It’s a new chapter.
As estrogen levels continue to decline, many women notice changes in their metabolism, muscle strength, sleep, memory, mood, and overall well-being. At the same time, midlife often brings other transitions, from evolving careers and changing relationships to caregiving responsibilities or an empty nest.
Ideal for women in their mid-40s to mid-50s, this session focuses on making sense of more noticeable changes associated with perimenopause and menopause. In addition to physical symptoms, we also acknowledge broader life transitions such as evolving careers, changing relationships, and the empty nest. Participants will gain tools to better understand their bodies, adapt their lifestyle, and move through this phase with greater ease and confidence.

- Understanding menopause
- Why symptoms intensify
