OUR STRATEGIC PLAN

The West Island Women’s Centre has developed a Strategic Plan for 2025 - 2028. The following strategic objectives will reflect our mission and endeavour to:

  • Enhance our teams and support tools to increase our capacity
  • Increase our visibility within the community
  • Improve our offerings and retain our members
  • Develop strategies to diversify our short-term and long-term funding goals

Become the primary resource for women in the West Island by offering more diverse programs and workshops that support their whole well-being and address their evolving needs.
