1) Refund Policy
A refund request will only be considered upon the WIWC receiving a completed and duly signed
Refund Request Form within the set delay. Verbal requests without a fully completed form, will not be considered
Program Refund Requests:
- Before the program begins: Participants are entitled to a full refund (100%).
- After the program begins: Participants will receive a prorated refund based on the number of classes that have already taken place and be charged a cancellation fee of a maximum of $50 or 10% of the remaining balance, whichever is less.
We encourage participants to fill out the Refund Request Form as early as possible if they need to withdraw from a program.
2) Workshop Refund
- For a 1 or 2 day workshop, a signed Refund Request Form must be received prior to the start date of the workshop. Cancellation requests received on the date the workshop starts will not be eligible for a refund.
3) Medical Refund
If a participant provides valid medical documentation:
- WIWC will charge only for the classes that have already taken place.
- The 10% cancellation fee will be waived.
* Participants may also choose to have the refund amount issued as a credit on their WIWC account to be applied toward a future program or workshop.
