Join a group of moms to prepare homemade baby purées in the WIWC kitchen. Enjoy support with shopping, setup, and cleanup, plus free childcare during the activity. Learn simple techniques you can continue at home and leave with fresh freezer-ready portions for your baby.
Instructor: Pamela Di Nunzio is a mother of four who enjoys making homemade purées. Drawing from her personal experience, she will share practical tips to help ease the transition to solids. This workshop is guided by the book Comment nourrir son enfant by Quebec dietitian Louise Lambert-Lagacé.
