Have you noticed you’re just not feeling quite like yourself lately, but you can’t quite put your finger on it?
It’s not in your head.
Perimenopause doesn’t usually arrive all at once. The changes are often gradual and subtle. Maybe your sleep isn’t quite as restful as it used to be. Your patience feels shorter. Your energy isn’t what it once was. You find yourself forgetting things more often or feeling less like yourself.
Designed for women in their late 30s to mid-40s, this session offers a “heads up” on early changes that are often overlooked or misunderstood. Participants will learn how to recognize subtle shifts in sleep, mood, energy, and focus, understand the role of hormonal and nervous system changes, and explore simple lifestyle practices to support long-term well-being.
Outline:
- What is perimenopause?
- Why women often don’t recognize it
- Brain and nervous system changes
- Common early symptoms
- Supporting energy, mood, and metabolism
- Lifestyle foundations
- Reflection/Q&A
