Auction Details
Opening and closing
The auction opens on Wednesday, November 4 at 10 a.m. and closes on Wednesday, November 11 at 10 a.m. All bids must be submitted through the online auction platform before the closing time.
Who can participate?
The auction is open to everyone—you do not need to be a WIWC member to participate. You can bid on as many items as you like and return at any time before the auction closes to increase your bids.
After placing a bid, you’ll receive an email confirmation. If someone places a higher bid, we’ll notify you by email so you have an opportunity to return to the auction and bid again.
Payment
When placing their first bid, bidders will be asked to enter their credit or debit card information. No account is required.
When the auction closes, the highest bidder for each item will be charged automatically using the card on file. Winning bidders will receive an email confirming their purchase and providing any applicable pickup or delivery details.
Item pickup
Unless otherwise indicated in the item description, winning items can be picked up at the West Island Women’s Centre on weekdays between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.

Winning bidders will receive an email confirming when their order is ready, along with any additional pickup instructions. Digital gift certificates will be sent by email when applicable.
