We welcome families to enjoy our Open Play Room. It's a fun, flexible time for children and adults to play together in our gym space during the winter months. Women’s Social Group (Ages 30–50)
You asked and we listened.
In Fall session we surveyed our community and hosted a workshop to better understand which topics and formats feel most meaningful for women aged 30-50.
One theme stood out clearly: A strong desire for social gatherings where women can connect, exchange, and support one another. Based on this feedback we’re excited to introduce a Social Group for women age 30 to 50y.
There are 2 options:

Health and Wellness: Encourage physical, mental, and emotional well-being through various activities.
