The aim of this class is to improve listening and speaking skills for conversation. A large amount of time is dedicated to addressing your specific needs (professional conversation, informal and formal conversation, etc.) that each participant can benefit from.

Converse in English
This class is based on a program called Unlimited Café, and it is tailored to international students learning to converse in English. Learners are encouraged to talk about their ideas, their everyday lives, and the world around them. Games are included in the classes to ensure that the students are having “fun” while learning.
Instructor: Wendy Lawler
Wendy was a teacher of adults for seven years at Pearson Adult Career Centre in the Administrative Professional Program and Accounting. While at PACC, she taught a variety of English courses including: Quality of Written English, Proofreading, Business Correspondence, and Job Search. She is very passionate about teaching adults, and in her years of educating the public and students, she has cultivated a strong ability to build positive relationships with learners of varying communication styles and from diverse backgrounds.
