Nurturing Self-Compassion

Why are we more forgiving and understanding of others than we are of ourselves? This 8-week support group offers women the opportunity to explore self-awareness, self-compassion, and living mindfully. By learning to respond to life and to ourselves with mindful awareness, understanding, and kindness, we can better handle difficult and stressful events and build emotional strength. This group is intended to be a healing and connecting space for women to engage in meaningful ways and feel revitalized to take on life's challenges.
