55 Up! Women’s Group – Spring 2023

The format for this free group is social and conversational. We sometimes just chat, but we also have facilitators lead us in crafts, or present on a topic of interest. Once per month we get together in the kitchen and make a meal which is donated to a local food security organization such as the West Island Mission. Come and enjoy connecting with other women from our community and breaking out of isolation. Join us for coffee, tea, and company!
