Yin Yoga and Meditation

Monday 2:45 - 3:45 p.m. Gym Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga, with postures (asanas) that are held for longer periods of time (3-5 minutes). Yin Yoga generally targets the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine. It also targets the body’s ligaments, bones, and joints that are not normally stretched as much as in a more active style of yoga.
