The Women’s Centre’s support groups provide women with essential psychological and emotional support to overcome challenges, address problems, and foster personal growth. Participants have the opportunity to share their experiences, offer mutual support, and access valuable information and advice.
The groups are free of charge, but donations are welcomed.
