Making New Connections Workshops this Fall

Women who are new to Canada are invited to join our 5-week Making New Connections workshops on Tuesday afternoons at Place Cartier’s Riverdale Campus this fall. Here are the dates and topics:

  • November 5: Sharing Your Story Coming to Canada
  • November 12: How YOU Can Make a Difference with a special guest from Volunteer West Island
  • November 19: Job Searching CV writing, interview skills
  • November 26: Women’s Health What you should know
  • December 3: Discover Your Community! Leisure, health and social services

These free workshops take place from 1 to 2 p.m. at Riverdale High School, 5060 Sources Boulevard, Pierrefonds. Bring your lunch and participate in as many workshops as you like. To sign up or for more information, call 514-781-8529 or e-mail outreach@wiwc.ca.
