Workshop: CPR

Let’s face it – an emergency can happen at any time; it’s best to be prepared! Join us for this interactive workshop where you will learn life-saving skills. Melissa Gentile, a nurse and instructor certified by the Heart and Stroke Foundation in CPR, First aid, AED’s and Anaphylaxis will lead the group to efficiently give CPR to adults, children and infants as well as what to do if these victims are choking. You will also observe how to use an automated external defibrillator (AED). Concepts such as heart attacks and strokes will be discussed.
